This was a group project for a course I am taking on building customer loyalty. I was responsible for creating an app mockup for the ‘Grounds Club’ loyalty program. I also worked on a budget and timeline for this program to be launched. I had a lot of fun designing the app mockup and thinking through how to build loyalty with Golf Park Coffee Co. customers!
